Appointments

Our office sees patients on an appointment basis.  Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  We will see you promptly at your scheduled time.  This allows us to fully concentrate on your needs.  Our office is completely digital.  Our patients love that virtually all of our patient communication is done via email or text messaging.  That way you will never forget an appointment.

To schedule your appointment call our office at 248-649-2868 or send us an email at [email protected] and we will get in touch with you.

Payment Options

Esthetic, restorative and preventative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual’s well-being.  We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and we have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

We are a "Fee for Service" practice, which means fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless written financial arrangements have been made with our staff. We accept most insurance plans and are pleased to submit your insurance claims on your behalf.  We accept cash, checks and major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Most insurance plans are accepted including indemnity type plans, fee for service plans, PPO plans, DMO plans and some capitation type plans. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. Co-payments are required at the beginning of treatment. We will gladly help you process and submit your insurance claims to your insurance companies such as:

  • Delta Dental
  • Aetna
  • Metlife
  • Principal Life
  • Mass Mutual
  • and most other Dental Insurances

Don't Have Dental insurance?

For those that do not have dental insurance, we have developed an in-office dental insurance program that should meet your dental needs and save you money.

We also can set up payment plans and work with outside finance companies to help you finance your dental needs:

CareCredit for dental procedures

We are pleased to offer our patients CareCredit, North America’s leader in patient payment plans. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately – then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your monthly budget.

Your healthcare credit card.

CareCredit is the credit card exclusively for healthcare services. With no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties, CareCredit lets you pay over time and frees up cash and credit cards for the other things you want or need. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments. Plus, you can use your card again and again to pay for additional treatment for yourself or family members in any CareCredit practice.

Technology

Dentrix Software -Our office is fully digital.  We have the state of the art office and clinical software to handle all of our functions.  We also have state of the art equipment to provide the very best service available, such as:

Dexis digital x-ray sensors and software to handle all of our intraoral radiographic needs.  This allows for a significant reduction in radiation exposure for our patients.  It also provides us the ability to share these radiographs with the patient and other authorized dental professionals.

Sorodex – digital panoramic x-ray.  This allows us to visualize the entire mouth, teeth, jaws and joints.  This is perfect to look at wisdom teeth and for orthodontic evaluations.  And because it is digital, there is a significant reduction in radiation exposure for our patients.

Vel Scope Vx  Enhanced Oral Assessment System, which centers on a wireless, handheld scope that uses natural tissue fluorescence visualization to help discover oral mucosal abnormalities that might otherwise have been overlooked.  This is an excellent tool for oral cancer screening.

Vita Easy Shade Advance 4.0 – this instrument allows us to provide an optimum shade determination for our esthetic restorations.

ZOOM Advanced Power Light – provides us the opportunity to significantly whiten your teeth in the office in 90 minutes.

Dexis Intraoral digital camera and Digital SLR camera– This allows us to take full diagnostic photos of you and your teeth and mouth.  A wonderful tool to communicate a patient’s needs.
